No Leaks, Kids Love Them August 11, 2010 D Barry (Newton, MA USA) I have repeatedly purchased a 3-pack of Speedo goggles at Costco only to find that my kids used only one out of the pack (and that the one they preferred usually leaked a little). A friend recommended the Hydroplex model. Even though it was more expensive, it was worth it to FINALLY have goggles that fit the kids' small faces and did not leak! Great purchase!
Maybe not using right? August 4, 2010 Joja (Michigan) These still leak and fog on the kiddies. I haven't found any that doesn't yet.
Great Googles for My 5 Year Old July 10, 2010 Zip (Virginia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We accidently washed my sons old goggles and they no longer kept the water out.
Bought these and the juniors to test for size. The kids fit better. He's a very big 5 year old - closer in size to 6 or 7 year old. So far, so good.
Kids Goggles That Do Not Leak and are Comfortable- Mission Accomplished June 13, 2010 Anti-abortion 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought these Speedo Kids Hydrospex Swim Goggles for my 4 1/2 year old a couple of months ago and he has used them a few times for about 7 hours collectively in actual in-water-usage. He only uses them for jumping in the water and underwater swimming while only being a couple of feet below the surface. Deeper depths have not been tested therefore leakage tests are done under low water pressure which is likely to yield favorable results.
These are his fourth pair of swimming goggles sized for youth and I couldn't ask for better results in any respect compared to the others used. One of the other goggles he wore was a different Speedo model that cost slightly less which did not seal as well and therefore often leaked and fogged up. These do not leave much of an impression on his face when removed therefore I conclude that they must me comfortable while being extraordinarily effective. He used to have to drain water from his other goggles nearly every time or every-other-time he went under the water which is such an inconvenience and distraction to the swimming experience. His swimming sessions of over an hour at a time have shown no leakage or fogging. These goggles have a fixed nose bridge which serve my son well but perhaps we are fortunate to have a good fit. My son has an average size nose.
I am so delighted with these goggles knowing that he does not have to be tormented with making constant adjustments to them.
Goggles that never arrived March 22, 2010 Rudolf K. Beran (San Francisco, CA USA) 0 out of 14 found this review helpful
These goggles sounded great in the description, but they never arrived. And the post office can't even locate the associated tracking number.
