Perfect Summer Shoe! September 8, 2010 Picky Mama My son is currently wearing his 2nd pair of these shoes. They are pricy shoes for a toddler, but well worth it. I love how easy they are to take on and off and their versatility - we have season passes to a water park so he can use them to go there, as well as for every day use. I have noticed that they "stink" a little bit if they get wet and he wears them, but I run them through the washing machine and they are good as new. I will def continue to buy these every year!
bee's knee's August 24, 2010 John Dowdell My wife loves these sandals.
They look great, are comfortable enough to wear all day, and have good grip wet or dry.
Perfect summer footware.
Keens are indeed keen. August 17, 2010 George Coghill (Kent, Ohio) After having owned a pair of Keen shoes which I really liked, a friend who owned a pair of the sandals (as well as Keen shoes) highly recommended these.
I can tell you right now that these are the most comfortable pair of footwear I have ever worn. I have been on the hunt for comfortable shoes for years, my feet fatigue quickly and most shoes or inserts have done nothing to help. I thought I loved my Keen shoes until I got a pair of these. I won't wear any other brand of shoes ever again, the search is over.
Pricey? Not for how great these sandals are. Think of it as an investment. You'll love them so much you won't ever think about the price again.
Keen Newport August 7, 2010 DD these shoes are great, this is the third pair I've purchase in the same style
Waterproof but not quick drying August 5, 2010 Splash 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
After one or two first wears, these are comfortable and functional. This is the Newport H2, the pair in the photo above. Recently wore them for light trail hiking alongside rocky creeks and its great to be able to walk anywhere, in and out of the water. But I'm disappointed that they stay wet for a long time, so after you've played around in the water and you're walking on dry land, it's uncomfortable for the feet to be surrounded by wet shoes. Also I remember seeing this in another review: the left shoe seems to be somewhat off -- where the material touches the sole and the size of the holes are visibly different from left to right. So far hasn't affected performance.
